Personalized cleaning  of your home.  We do not limit our scope of services; We are happy to do windows,  laundry and ironing, oven and refrigerator cleaning. 

$40 Per Man Hour, 3 hour minimum

Inspection of your home and property from top to bottom, inside and out. We flip every switch and open every cabinet, change light bulbs and check appliances, drain pans and clean toilets.  And, we can discuss looking after your boat as well.

$50  minimum per visit

Personalized gardening care for all landscape, shrubs and trees, irrigation work and design. We go beyond "mow, go and blow". We CARE for your garden  as you would, listening to your requests and suggestions.  We'll look after interiors as well.

MONTHLY FEE 

Windows inside and out, screens  and ledges no matter how high or large. Pressure cleaning patios and poolside, roofs and awnings, pavers, driveways and garages.  Decks and Docks.

BID PER JOB

We are fully qualified to handle your maintenance needs. If the job is beyond the scope of our abilities, CCPS will arrange for multiple bids for projects to be accomplished. We can also oversee any work to be done and give you progress reports during your absence.

BID PER JOB

Start your car and drive it to maintain tires, life of battery, air conditioning and freon levels. We are also available to take your car for cleaning, service and maintenance visits.
